Using Sage Payroll software enables us to provide you with a full payroll service including direct submission of your payroll data online to HMRC. Whatever the frequency of your payroll we provide:

We are registered as a Delegate Organisation with NEST so we can set up and manage your auto-enrolment scheme for you. Our Payroll software is fully compliant with legislation regarding levels of contribution required by both employee and employer.
Each pay period our payroll software will:
- Determine who is eligible to be auto-enrolled in the pension scheme
- Produce the pension information letters for new staff and scheme joiners
- Calculate contributions due in the period for new and current members
- Remove leavers from the scheme
- Produce employee and employer contribution reports
- Produce employee contribution on payslips
- Produce data files for upload to your pension provider
In addition to Payroll services, our Sage software allows us to also track the following information for your employees (where required):
- Absences & Holiday
- Reviews / Appraisals
- Job History
- Eligibility to work (including DBS information)
Sage Payroll, membership to the ICB and regular logins to HMRC keeps us fully up to date with the latest payroll and pension legislation.
